The staff didn't have any stats, but it did have the ability to double damage of every combat spell while equipping. Hence, the staff was most usable when Hard Combat perks were available, to switch back to regular weapons once spells were casted.
- Even with 0 speed and 0 attack, the staff still dealt 0 damage every 7 seconds
- The double damage was applied when the damage was done, not when the spell was casted. For instance, it was possible to deal double damage when Beam was casted without the staff, and then equipping it before the 10 second charging ran out.
